RESERVATIONS

We accept bookings online, walk-ins are welcome subject to availability. For online booking, we required credit card details to accept a reservation. All reservation will be confirmed by email. For Groups of 7 or more, please contact the restaurant directly by email or phone. If we do not have availability for a particular date, please apply to our wait-list and we will notify you if we have a cancellation.

Please note that we are not able to split the bill for groups of 5 people or more and a discretionary 10% service charge is automatically added to the bill.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

Ichigo Ichie Bistro and Natural Wine is a celebration of Japanese food and culture, with thousands of years of history in its making. As we wish to show respect to the culture from which our food comes from we will try our best to accommodate all dietary requirement subject to availability.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to adjust your reservation, this will always be subject to availability.

Cancellation or changes are possible up to 24 hours before the commencement of service. To cancel your reservation online, please click the link in the confirmation email, or call us directly.

A cancellation fee of €25 per person will apply only in the instance of no-show or a cancellation within 24 hours of a reservation.
